We employ a classic approach, primarily through the use of workshops and one-to-one conversations, however, our method differs from other consulting companies in focus and content. Certain topics of great influence can be difficult to discuss in the company environment, especially if they are not positively loaded. These may include assessments of corporate culture, the quality of leadership and the future of the company. Ordinary questionnaires tend to simply reveal what was already more or less known.
